Soft-Washing Protocol
High-pressure washing can damage a building. It forces water behind siding, strips paint and wears down mortar. SDI uses a "soft wash" process instead: we apply biocides and surfactants at low pressure to kill mildew and loosen pollutants, let the solution do the work, then finish with a gentle, high-volume rinse.
