Exposed spiral and rectangular ductwork is common in modern industrial and retail buildings. The top surfaces of these long runs act as shelves that collect dust, airborne oils, and other pollutants.
Because these surfaces cannot be seen from the floor, the buildup can go unnoticed for years, leaving a combustible dust load directly over your daily operations.
Exterior Duct Cleaning
Our lift-trained crews clean the outside of commercial HVAC and exhaust ductwork. We do more than vacuum: we hand-wipe and degrease the full outside of the duct, which restores its appearance and removes the dust that adds to fire risk.
Floor Protection
Covering the floor area below with static-cling poly sheeting.
Top-Run Vacuuming
Removing the settled dust layer with HEPA-filtered backpack vacuums.
Circumference Degreasing
Hand-wiping the full outside of the ducting with industrial degreasers to remove the oil film.
